Two Sided Smart Card Personalization Machine With Magnetic Stripe Encoding

The YEDU-1A Card DOD Personalization Machine is designed for high-quality personalization of various smart cards including loyalty cards, magnetic cards, RFID cards, and dual-interface cards. It features drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet printing with optional RFID chip encoding, magnetic stripe encoding, scratch card labeling, and laser engraving capabilities.

The YEDU series includes four models: YEDU-1A, YEDU-1B, YEDU-2A, and YEDU-2B. The "1" designation indicates one-side printing, while "2" indicates two-sided printing in one pass. "A" models feature a 36mm wide printer, and "B" models feature a 72mm wider printer for full-width card printing.

Encodes three tracks or any single/two tracks in magnetic stripe cards (excluding financial bank cards). Speed: 7000-8000 cards/hour. For financial bank cards, a German magnetic card encoder can be added.

Identifies and reads numbers, barcodes, and QR codes printed on card surfaces to verify printing accuracy against databases. Speed: 7000-8000 cards/hour.

Applies scratch-off labels onto card surfaces after printing. Can apply multiple labels simultaneously. Speed: 7000-8000 cards/hour.

Available in CO2, optical fiber, or ultraviolet types. Precisely engraves serial numbers, letters, logos, QR codes, and images.

The YEDU-1A uses a 36mm wide print head for partial-width printing (up to 36mm) of barcodes, numbers, QR codes, and photos on card surfaces. For full-width card printing, consider the YEDU-1B or YEDU-2B models with 72mm wide SEIKO print heads.

Key differences between YEDU-1A and YEDU-1B:

Both models perform one-side printing. For two-side printing in one pass, consider the YEDU-2A or YEDU-2B models.
