Magnetic Card RFID Card Smart Card Personalization Machine With DOD Inkjet Printing

The YEDU-1B is designed to personalize various smart cards (including loyalty cards, magnetic cards, RFID cards and dual-interface cards) through high-quality DOD inkjet printing, RFID chip encoding, magnetic stripe encoding, scratch card labeling and laser engraving in a precise and efficient manner.

The YEDU series includes four models:

• YEDU-1A: Single-side printing with 36mm wide printer
• YEDU-1B: Single-side printing with 72mm wide printer (full-width printing)
• YEDU-2A: Dual-side printing with 36mm wide printer
• YEDU-2B: Dual-side printing with 72mm wide printer

Card feeder → RFID card encoder → Plasma treatment unit → DOD printing unit → LED UV solidification unit → Bad card rejection → Good card collection

• RFID Chip Encoding: Reads/writes data to various HF/LF chips (Mifare, Ntag, Icode, etc.) at speeds up to 7000 cards/hour
• Magnetic Stripe Encoder: Encodes three tracks on magnetic cards (non-financial) at 7000-8000 cards/hour
• OCR Inspection: Verifies printed numbers, barcodes and QR codes against database at 7000-8000 cards/hour
• Scratch Labeling: Applies multiple scratch-off labels simultaneously at 7000-8000 cards/hour
• Laser Engraving: Available in CO2, optical fiber or ultraviolet types for precise marking

The YEDU-1B with 72mm print head enables full-width card printing, making it ideal for high-volume production of personalized smart cards, RFID cards, and magnetic stripe cards with various security features.
